Caption Complaints
To send a closed caption complaint via email, please select the "Caption Complaint" option from the "Select a Recipient" drop down menu on the email contact form. You can also phone, or fax your complaint using the numbers above. Finally, if you'd like to send us your complaint via traditional mail, please write to Eli Moulton, Director of Operations & Engineering at the address above. We will make every effort to respond or otherwise resolve your inquiry within 24 hours or 1 business day of receipt.
