A delightful woman finally gets to explore one of Humboldt County’s most beautiful collections of flora and fauna and then we get up close and personal with a number of furry and feathered friends. Exploring nature’s beauty and it’s all happening at the zoo.

We take to the water with our truly adventurous guest and then it’s up, up, and away as blue skies, wind, and color combine for an experience that just may be the start of something new.

Join a spirited retiree as he explores a creative project he felt he had no talent for. (Happily, he was wrong!) Then, be drawn into a magical world of beautiful glass that pulls people deep into every corner of the county. Making eye popping Humboldt attire and transforming cold glass into art.

A curious couple enjoys a history lesson about Humboldt Bay from one of the Wiyot tribe’s most revered members and then, just across the water the daughter of a railroad man gets a ride she’s wanted since she was a little girl. A rich history and the smallest car riding the rails.

A spirited woman gives her first haircut … in a barn and then a curious grandma, and her equally inquisitive granddaughter, realize a dream come true, that just happens to have a delicious ending. From wool to yarn and transforming goat milk into delicacies.
