At KEET, our members are the foundation of everything we do. As the public media station for the Redwood Coast, KEET thrives because of the generosity of viewers like you who believe in the power of independent, nonprofit television that educates, informs, and inspires.

A member in good standing is someone who:

• Supports KEET with a minimum annual gift of $60 or a sustaining monthly donation of $5 or more
• Has an active membership with contributions that are up to date.
• Maintains eligibility to vote in KEET’s annual membership meetings.
   

If you are enrolled in monthly sustaining gifts, you are considered in good standing as long as your payments are current.

Why Does It Matter?

Being a member in good standing means:

• You help sustain public television for the Redwood Coast, ensuring access to PBS programs, local documentaries, educational content, and in-depth journalism.
• You gain voting privileges in KEET’s annual membership meeting, giving you a voice in the future of public media in our region.

Membership Lapse & Reinstatement
 

If a member falls behind on contributions by more than 30 days, they are no longer considered a member in good standing and lose eligibility to vote. However, you can reinstate your membership at any time by renewing your support.

Become a Sustaining Member

When you become a Sustaining Member, KEET-TV takes a monthly donation from your credit card, debit card, or bank account. This allows you to spread your support out over the year to make generosity easier on your budget. It also gives us a stead stream of reliable income and reduces administrative costs so more of your money goes to the programming you love.
